Each of our properties has been renovated to a high standard to provide contemporary living with

traditional character. The villages we select are desirable and located in accessible areas of Andalucia.

 

We only undertake two renovations a year to ensure that each property is finished to the highest standard.

 

Each property takes around 12 months to transform including upgraded electrics, plumbing and retiling.

 

Our properties are low maintenance make ideal holiday homes or for people wishing to move to Spain and live inland.

 

For holiday home owners we also offer a low cost ‘key holder and maintenance’ service.
